For guest who had a difficulty carrying heavy suit cases after all the shopping you have done in Tokyo!
Ueno Touganeya Hotel’s sturdy and strong staff will help you carry them to the station.
After you check-out, we will help you carry your luggage to Keisei Ueno station or to JR Ueno station. Up to 2 suit cases per staff (due to manpower) but we will take you to the station using the closest and easiest way since there are many stairs in Ueno area.
It is for free so please ask us not only of the carrying service but also for the way to the station too!
